Calling all grill masters and BBQ enthusiast!! Come show off your skills at the annual rib challenge for chance to win the title of 2024 Rib Champion and a prize. Sign Up, Click Here
Bake Off
Bakers, grab your cake flour and spring form pans!!! Show off your baking skill for a chance to win a prize and be named Baker of the Year. Open to all ages 5 years old and up. Sign Up, Click here
Picnic Schedule - Subject to Changes
Kids Craft Table and Game Section Opens - 11:30 am
Our Kids craft area and fun zone will be open for all kids to start to enjoy and create. We will also be opening the table game areas with cards, dominos, checkers, chess and more.
Food is Served - 12:00 pm
Get your taste buds ready for BBQ meats, plant base delights and a host of tasty sides to complement your pallet.
Family Trivia Game - 12:30 pm
Join in on a family Trivia Game and test your knowledge of our family history. Earn Points for your family chance at the Family Legacy Cup
Rib Challenge - 1:00 pm
The rib challenge judgement will start at this time. If you are interested in competing, make sure to sign up!!
Scavenger Hunt / Field Games Kick Off - 1:30 pm
Calling all teens and your adults to join in our scavenger hunt for chance to win a cash prize and earn points toward their family tally.
All field games will be kicked off.
Tournament of Games - 2:30 pm
Compete in a tournament of field games to reach the winner circle and win points toward the Family Legacy Cup. This is suitable for all ages
Bake Off - 3:30 pm
Cakes, Pies, and other sweet treats will be judged. If you are interested in competing, make sure to sign up!!
Family Group Photo - 4:00 pm
Everyone squeeze in and say cheese. It's time for our family group photo.
Talent Show - 4:30 pm
Singers, Poets, Dancers, Orators etc, are all welcome to step up and show their talent to the family. Let your light shine!!!
Announce Family Cup Winner - 5:30 pm
The final tally of points will be announced that winning family line can claim the trophy for the year. Pictures of the family with trophy to be taking after announcement and posted to family site and social media.
